Service terms — pre-launch draft

These terms require owner and legal review before commercial launch. Mellizos Services operates the proposed Monitor service. Contact: info@mellizosservices.com, subject to delivery verification.

Supported scope

Up to ten WordPress sites with the supported WPForms stored-entry connector and an existing explicitly mapped GA4 success event. Google Ads monitoring is unavailable until API production access is verified. Monitoring flags possible measurement inconsistencies; it does not guarantee lead delivery, tracking accuracy, attribution, recovered revenue, or detection of every failure. No campaigns or customer tags are modified.

Subscription hypothesis

Proposed price is USD 99 per agency per month with a 30-day learning trial and no trial card requirement. Development uses Stripe test mode; no commercial offer is live. Taxes, invoice requirements, refund policy, business legal identity/address, final cancellation and renewal terms must be approved before live billing. The billing portal will support cancellation once configured and tested.

Your responsibilities

Connect only accounts and sites you are authorized to administer. Validate that the selected event covers the selected forms and review consent, filtering and traffic changes. Do not submit lead-level personal data or secrets in support requests. Low-volume, delayed, incomplete or restricted data may prevent a monitoring decision.

Availability

The pre-launch application has no production service-level commitment. Credential revocation, Google quotas, email delivery, WordPress scheduling, API outages and reporting revisions may interrupt monitoring. Final liability, dispute, data-processing and termination terms remain launch blockers.
